Our client is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in multiple niches, looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to enhance their customer engagement and retention strategies.

About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist for our client, to develop, optimize, and execute high-impact email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and copywriting to create compelling campaigns that align with the brand’s marketing goals.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, sales, and retention.
• Manage email automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers to create engaging visuals.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
• Analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly.
• Ensure all emails are mobile-friendly, GDPR-compliant, and aligned with best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with broader digital strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
• Expertise in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of email segmentation, automation, and personalization.
• Ability to write engaging, conversion-focused email copy.
• Experience analyzing email performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Position: Email Campaign Specialist  

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 1000 to USD 1400 per month
