Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:


Sagan represents a reputable tree service company based in Seattle, Washington, USA. With 17 years of experience in the industry and growth plans, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary role will be to answer phone calls, texts, and emails from customers during evenings and weekends (Pacific Time), and schedule estimate appointments using Google Calendar. When not engaging with clients, you will handle data entry, client follow-ups, and other basic logistics tasks.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a supportive team. You will receive 2-3 weeks of training from our current evening/weekend CSR before they transition to the daytime shift. This role starts with a trial period and has the potential to become a permanent position with increased pay and benefits as you grow more comfortable and proficient in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, texts, and emails from customers.
  • Schedule estimate appointments using Google Calendar.
  • Perform data entry, client follow-ups, and basic logistics tasks.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with team members and management using Slack and other communication tools.


Software Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Outlook and Google Calendar.
  • Familiarity and comfort with Dialpad or VOIP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity and comfort with Slack is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Fluent in conversational English.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated
