We are currently looking for a Java Lead Developer, to join our team.

Location: Remote, from Portugal.

Required skills:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
Min. 5 years of experience as a Java Lead Developer;
Strong experience in the following stack: Java, Kotlin, Spring, Springboot, Typescript, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL Databases and Azure;
Experience in Cloud and Microservices Architecture;
Experience in CI/CD pipelines;
Experience setting up security, logging and monitoring applications;
Solid knowledge of clean code principles;
Experience testing the code;
Experience mentoring junior developers;
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
Leadership skills;
Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
