Duties/Responsibilities:Manage large-scale email marketing campaigns from development through to execution, ensuring alignment with the customer lifecycle and predictive analytics strategies.Establish targeting strategies based on customer segmentation and predictive analytics, ensuring precision in audience reach and engagement.Proof and QA campaigns to ensure flawless execution with zero errors.Perform extensive research and analysis of competitor programs to identify key areas of opportunity, including targeting strategies, promotional offers, and delivery timing.Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and other eCommerce technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Attentive) to support and enhance campaign execution, with the goal of achieving a Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of $40K+.Analyze and track campaign data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and optimize performance, aiming to achieve customer acquisition, conversion, and growth goals.Build and maintain expertise in email design, product development, and platform use, becoming a go-to resource for the team.Serve as the primary contact for your accounts, maintaining consistent communication through email, Slack, and video calls, with a minimum of 2-3 weekly touchpoints.Work closely with the sales team to identify and streamline processes for acquiring ideal clients, ensuring a seamless transition and collaboration.Required Skills/Abilities:3+ years of experience in technical email marketing, preferably in e-commerce.Proficiency in Klaviyo and/or other email and SMS marketing tools like Attentive, Postscript, eMarsys, DotDigital, and Mailchimp.Experience managing lifecycle marketing programs with proven, measurable results.Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly email marketing best practices.Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective client and team interactions.Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.High attention to detail, committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy with minimal supervision.Ability to independently resolve problems and roadblocks, knowing when to escalate issues as needed.Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment, requiring a scrappy approach.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achieve a minimum Click-Through Rate (CTR) of 1%.Maintain a Placed Order Rate of 0.05% or higher.Keep churn under 5% of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) per quarter.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.What does the hiring process entail?Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen) - After you submit your application, our recruitment team will review and reach out to candidates.
