WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As an Account Executive on our Enterprise Sales team you’ll be working with stakeholders across the organization to understand our business, the markets we’re in and the needs of our users. You will engage with medical, commercial, clinical research organizations and other pharmaceutical stakeholders to showcase the value of our Site and Patient Universe and HCPU platforms and partnership, and help us expand our position as the market leader.
You will:
- Be responsible for both new logo acquisition and client retention by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they become H1 advocates
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to clients, addressing their unique business challenges.
- Conduct market research and deploy strategic account planning skills to identify selling opportunities, staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
-Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
- Drive the sales motion from outreach through close, including discovery calls to qualified leads, delivering compelling presentations/demos to showcase how H1’s solutions address client needs, managing objections, and inspiring prospects to invest in our offering.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure overall account health, strategic planning, progress and a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue projections
ABOUT YOU
You’re a seasoned sales professional, with experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology. You have proven success prospecting and closing new logo opportunities. You know how to gather requirements, understand customer use cases, set proper expectations, demo platforms, and manage an enterprise sales cycle.
- You possess grit, hustle, desire, and a “get-it-done” attitude; strong comfort with a lean startup environment, where everyone is encouraged to participate in and contribute across all teams
- Dedication to the creation of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where teammates are celebrated for their unique perspectives and work together to simplify healthcare for all
- Strong communication, negotiating and consultative sales skills
REQUIREMENTS
- You’re a seasoned sales professional, with 4+ years of experience successfully selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology, including managing new logo acquisitions and renewals.
- You have experience closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success in closing $1M deals and managing multiple large accounts
- If you have experience selling into CRO (Clinical Research Organizations), pharmaceutical, medical affairs, biotech or related clinical research operational experience, preferred.
- You are comfortable with traveling to customers 20% of the time
COMPENSATION
This role pays $100,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience, plus variable commission, based on performance, in addition to stock options.
