Job description

Join the Wingtra team and become part of this venture-backed robotics scaleup with a global and international team of 125+ dedicated Wingtranauts who want to see their actions have a positive and lasting impact on the world. Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups.

We are reaching for the stars and together we might just get there. Open communication, asking hard questions and valuing diverse viewpoints are but a few things that will help us achieve our goals. Above all we will never stop learning and striving to help each other reach our maximum potential.

Together with a small and highly skilled team of sales and support managers, you will support our partners in the Americas. By scaling the Wingtra business in the Americas, you play a key role in Wingtra's commercial success.

This role can be pursued remotely from any location in the continental US.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist in responding to customer support requests and troubleshooting technical issues using HubSpot
  • Support customers with photogrammetry, coordinate systems, GNSS, and post-processed kinematics
  • Help with technical onboarding and consulting for customers remotely
  • Contribute to writing technical documentation and manuals
  • Communicate effectively with team members worldwide, both in meetings and video calls
  • Support logistics processes with key partners in North America
  • Assist the sales and marketing teams with demos and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with engineers in Zurich on solving technical challenges

  • Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, GIS, robotics, or a
  • related technical field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in customer support & technology
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) is a plus
  • Interest in drones, robotics, surveying, or GIS is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.
