Everbridge, a global provider of critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is seeking an experienced International Operations Administrator to be based in Budapest, Hungary! We offer the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis. Additionally, the shift pattern for this role includes dayshift, nightshift, and weekend shifts. This remote, home-based position can be located anywhere in Hungary.

As an International Operations Administrator you will be reporting to The Head of International Assistance and responsible for supporting administration activities associated with case & task management, handling of initial incident reports, and communications.
This role involves approximately 14 shifts over a 4-week period, divided into 7 day shifts and 7 night shifts. Day shifts run from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while night shifts are from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. To recognize your commitment during night shifts, we offer a night shift allowance.
What you'll do: Department email inbox managementInbound and outbound emailsresponding to emails and providing detailed responses and advicecreating cases within the dedicated case management systemDaily task management within the case management systemProvide first class customer service through administrative support to the team and our clients in response to client situations across the globe following dedicated standard operational proceduresEffectively collaborate with colleagues and peers to support all aspects of the case lifecycle, including case notification, verification, authorisation, task reassignment/case handover and case closureAccurately record data and relevant details of the incident/case within Anvil’s dedicated Case Management SystemProduce detailed situation reports for client awareness and be familiar with our clients and their specific day to day needs as well as their emergency procedure requirementsSupport medical assessments and treatment abroad with the clinical team members Support the security teams according to individual client requirementsAssist the launch and managed service of the Mass Communications PlatformsActively monitor receipt of check-in & SOS alert emails from travellersHave experience of Case Management Software and administer and maintain data using a range of specialist software and internal security softwareReview and develop processes and procedures in line with client requirementsContribute to regular team meetings and ensure effective handover and/or feedback to deliver a seamless service 24/7Know when to escalate issues, risks, ideas to ensure business effectivenessAdhere to Everbridge’s vision and values What you'll bring: High level so of attention to detail Good organizational skills with the ability to multitaskSolve problems and critical examine dataAble to handle stressful and sensitive situations while staying calm and acting professionallyAble to operate and priorities tasks within a changing and fast-moving environmentSelf-motivated and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a teamSolutions orientated, with a proactive approach to challengesBe professional & confident to clients and suppliers at all timesExcellent telephone communication and administrative skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate at all levels of the businessHave excellent customer service skills, Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and OutlookAble to learn & understand new & relatively complex systemsAble to work a shift rota including nights, weekends and Bank HolidaysBilingual – desirable but not essential#LI-HG1
