What it takes to be our Sales Executive:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in technology
  • Experience in solution selling combining products and services to meet customer requirements
  • Successful track-record of meeting/exceeding personal growth and sales plan objectives
  • Experience in locating, developing, and expanding business intelligence
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing products, services, and markets
  • Team player with the ability to collaboratively accomplish goals
  • High degree of energy, enthusiasm, and confidence  
Day in the Life of a Sales Executive:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve performance objectives and increase revenue in assigned territory and accounts
  • Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and engage new customers for solutions and professional services
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities across current customers and prospects
  • Identify potential customers utilizing a horizontal and vertical market approach
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Follow up on Naviant-generated leads from tradeshows, advertising, and referrals
  • Monitor and report on market and competitive activities
  • Keep current on industry trends and solutions through training and education
