Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for demonstrating knowledge and application of job duties within scope of practice and functions under the direction of the Vice-President(s) and/or Director(s); respectfully interacts with all levels of staff; provides assistance, as needed, during assigned duty hours; participates in department activities; promotes independence; adherence to the attendance policy; encourages socialization; advocates for the quality of life of our teams and patients while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards; supports the company’s core values.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
· Full responsibility for P&L and other financial KPIs for the entire region, including the execution of improvement opportunities
· Full responsibility for budget-supported staffing plans and matrices for entire region, including execution of improvement opportunities
· Full responsibility of no-show percentages and same day no shows and cancellations for their region
· Full responsibility of IT therapy and biologic programs, including revenue targets etc. in their region
· Directly leads Clinic Managers in their region
· Collaborate with other partners such as Physician Liaisons, marketing, Patient Experiencer and Contact Center, Sr. Project Managers , Compliance, Payer Relations, ETC. to best serve their region and customers, plus create ideas for growth
· Communication to providers when directed by Senior and Executive Leadership on change initiatives
· Build a culture of positivity, including a consistent cadence of visibility in clinics in their region
· Retain and engage current plus recruit top talent
Education, Prior Work Experience, Special Skill and Knowledge Requirements:
· 5 years of administrative management experience
· Previous experience working for a multi-site healthcare company(s)preferred
· Bachelor’s degree, preferred
· Medical experience in physician services or related field, preferred
· Valid Driver’s License, required
· Acceptable results on Office of Inspector General, State Medicaid Exclusions, Abuse Registry Checks, Background Screenings, Drug Screen, and Sanction Checks Ability to travel to local, and non-local offices, as required
