Here’s what your day-to-day would look like:

• Review, clean, and validate data in PureRed’s ad-building and data delivery systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues, working with the QA team to resolve errors efficiently and maintain smooth data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery to clients.
• Develop and execute automation scripts (primarily in Excel - Visual Basic) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Continuously review and improve existing processes to optimize data quality and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor data accuracy and provide detailed metrics to management with feedback as needed.
• Communicate closely with other QA team members, Production Artists, and stakeholders to ensure all systems and processes are aligned.

· 2+ years of experience in data entry and processing

· Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA)

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform self-directed research

· Exceptional multi-tasking, proofreading, and organization skills with precise attention to detail

· Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex processes and systems

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
