PART-TIME PC SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

As a PC Support Associate working in the West Des Moines, Iowa, Home Office of FMH, you will assist the manager and team with completing IT tasks to keep the department organized and efficient.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Up to one year of work experience in an office setting.  
• Education: High school degree required.
• Skills: Some technical skills are a plus.  Some knowledge with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a part-time PC Support Associate at FMH, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, and printers, and disk drives in user's workstations.
• Assisting with reimaging of desktops and laptops.
• Assisting with inventory tracking for the department.
• Actively updates documentation on processes and department standards across multiple IT sub departments.
• Loading specified software packages such as operating systems and supporting programs onto desktop or laptop computer.
• Performing minor remedial actions to correct problems.
• Following all IT department processes, standards, and procedures.
