Your mission
As our Chief of Staff, you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of PartsCloud. Partnering directly with our founders and leadership team, you’ll drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment to ensure the company’s vision is realized. Your work will span across strategy, operations, partnerships, and organizational growth, positioning you as a trusted advisor and key driver of impactful initiatives.

What You’ll Be Working On
Strategic Leadership:
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the founders, providing insights and recommendations on business priorities, product roadmap, and scaling strategies.
  • Collaborate on long-term planning, structure and execute key strategies, and take a hands-on role in driving these initiatives forward as if you were a founder yourself, ensuring alignment and impact across leadership meetings and company-wide efforts.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee and optimize key operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead and execute high-stakes projects across departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring priorities are aligned, communication is streamlined, and initiatives are executed seamlessly.
  • Serve as a bridge between leadership and the broader team, ensuring transparency and clarity in decision-making.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and advisors.
  • Support fundraising efforts and contribute to investor communications and strategy.
Organizational Development:
  • Identify and address organizational challenges, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
  • Mentor and coach team members, ensuring professional growth and alignment with the company’s vision.
