Responsibilities
  • Embark on daily calling campaigns, reaching out to 100 potential clients to showcase our revolutionary security services
  • Captivate decision-makers with compelling introductions that highlight the unique value of our client’s security solutions
  • Navigate conversations with finesse, addressing questions and objections to pave the way for future partnerships
  • Transform cold leads into hot prospects by securing appointments for in-depth discussions with the sales team
  • Maintain meticulous records of your calling adventures, tracking appointments, feedback, and valuable insights
  • Collaborate with the lead generation team to refine targeting and boost conversion rates
  • Provide daily reports that showcase your impact and drive continuous improvement in outreach strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting, with B2B sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with native-level English fluency to engage effectively with diverse clientele
  • Resilient and positive attitude, capable of maintaining enthusiasm through high-volume calling (100 calls per day)
  • Quick learner with a passion for the security industry and its latest innovations
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail to manage a high-paced calling environment
  • Ability to consistently set 10+ qualified appointments per week, maintaining a stellar 10% conversion rate
  • Team player mentality with a drive to collaborate and contribute to the company’s overall success
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and thrive in a results-driven culture
  • Comfortable with providing daily activity reports and eager to use data-driven insights to enhance performance


Requirements
