Role Name: Bookkeeper

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10 AM to 2 PM Victoria, BC

Responsibilities
  • Manage and reconcile financial transactions with precision and attention to detail
  • Process invoices and receipts efficiently, adapting to both digital and paper-based systems
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Contribute to financial reporting processes, providing valuable insights for decision-making
  • Organize and maintain financial documents using both electronic and traditional filing systems

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, demonstrating growth and adaptability
  • Proficiency in popular bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks Online, MYOB, or Xero

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
