Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
:

  • Oversee and manage Amazon seller account and other e-commerce platforms
  • Handle administrative tasks including email management and calendar organization
  • Provide customer support and manage customer inquiries
  • Assist with e-commerce operations and inventory management
  • Support basic content creation and posting as needed
  • Coordinate with the social media team to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon seller platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional communication abilities
  • Proficiency in using various software tools for task management and e-commerce
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 5pm Arizona
  • Direct reporting to the business owner
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
