Responsibilities
:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Respond to and organize emails in a timely manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments for the business
  • Take accurate messages and relay information to appropriate team members
  • Provide basic information about services to potential clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using digital calendars and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Eastern
  • Remote work, requiring a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Collaborate with existing virtual assistants for training and task coordination
  • Support the growth of a mental health and wellness business through efficient client communication
