The Role
We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and sales through data-driven paid digital campaigns. This role focuses primarily on managing and optimizing performance marketing initiatives while contributing to our broader digital marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta channels etc.) and Google Ads to drive qualified leads and sales
● Develop and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI
● Conduct thorough A/B testing of ad creative, copy, and targeting
● Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics
● Optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance indicators
Strategy & Analytics
● Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights
● Identify opportunities for improvement and scaling successful campaigns

Contribute to channel strategy development based on performance data
●
Work with existing brand guidelines to inform creative direction
●
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid social efforts with overall marketing objectives
Content & Creative
● Provide input on ad creative and copy to optimize performance
● Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency
● Manage content scheduling and posting across social channels
● Coordinate with design team to develop high-performing ad creative
Required Skills & Experience
Essential Experience
● 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
● Proven track record of delivering ROI through paid social advertising
●
Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads
● Experience with social media management and analytics tools
● Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
Technical Skills
● Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms and their targeting capabilities
● Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools
●
Proficiency in campaign tracking and attribution
● Experience with A/B testing methodologies
● Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
