Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to lead and oversee the technical implementation of a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solution with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, solution design, and best practices guidance to ensure a high-quality, scalable, and efficient implementation aligned with business needs.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules).
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, Azure, Dataverse (Common Data Service), and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Hands-on experience with Field Service configurations, including scheduling, mobile app usage, and inventory management.
  • Experience with data migration strategies using KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong understanding of security models, role-based access, and data governance in Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps for Dynamics 365 (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to developers, functional consultants, and other stakeholders in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Customization & Development: Oversee and contribute to the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Integration & Data Migration: Design and implement integrations with third-party applications using Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and APIs.
  • Field Service Implementation: Provide expertise in configuring Field Service components, including scheduling, work orders, mobility solutions, and resource optimization.
  • Customer Service & Sales Optimization: Implement case management, knowledge base, customer insights, sales automation, and pipeline management features.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure that system performance, security, and compliance align with best practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Training & Support: Provide technical mentorship to development teams and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
