About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Web3 Recruiter to join our Recruitment team.
This role offers unparalleled access to the heart of the crypto and fintech industries, where you'll work with the best minds in Web3 to attract and hire top-tier talent.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and other recruiters to scale our growing teams globally.

Your Role:

• Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top Web3 and crypto professionals across multiple functions.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Leverage a variety of sourcing techniques, including headhunting, networking, and community engagement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and hiring success rates.
• Enhance the employer brand by engaging with Web3 communities, attending industry events, and promoting Mercuryo as a top employer in crypto.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with a focus on Web3, crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent through creative and strategic methods.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and crypto job market trends.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience using ATS and other HR tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting globally across different regions.
• Established network within the crypto/Web3 space.
• Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth company.
• Knowledge of employer branding and community engagement strategies.
