In this role you will

Sales Enablement

  • Develop, implement, and manage sales training programs, including onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to create playbooks, sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and competitive intelligence materials, tailored to different client segments ,and other team-wide resources.
  • Work with marketing to ensure alignment between sales collateral and market positioning.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend tailored training to address specific needs.

Sales Support

  • Maintain and optimize CRM systems and other sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
  • Generate and analyze sales performance reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage and improve sales processes to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure sales has the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure alignment on company priorities and initiatives.
  • Support the roll-out of new products, features, or initiatives, ensuring sales readiness.

Technology and Tools Management

  • Administer and train the sales team on tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, or other CRM platforms.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Monitor adoption and usage of sales enablement tools and resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and reports.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Target Account Selling, Account-Based Selling, Value-Based Selling

Preferred:

  • Start up experience

The salary for this position ranges between $100,000 - $115,000 . This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
