We are currently seeking a full-time, Administrative Specialist/Account Manager to work remotely. This is a temporary position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.

The Administrative Specialist/Account Manager helps bring our mission to life by providing administrative support in a variety of functions. The incumbent will work collaboratively with Management to support their efforts at consistent delivery of services.

Account Manager responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relations with employer customers and ensuring that EAP services are well-utilized throughout our client companies. The Account Manager is involved in contract negotiation and management, customer support and client relation services, special project implementation and a variety of administrative functions. Incumbent will support Director of Client Relations in preparing data and information for monthly customer invoices, prepare and submit affiliate billing information to Finance for all organizational service events.

What You’ll Do:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employers, employees, and affiliates
  • Engage in client consultation to provide recommendations on organizational service requests.
  • Use frontline customer service skills to determine the prevailing needs of clients and what they require from EAP

services.

  • Maintain client contracts and prepare annual rate reviews with support from Director of Client
  • Review and distribute utilization
  • Accurately maintain record of all communication with clients or affiliates in EAPx
  • Create event flyers and send materials, confirmation notices, and/or surveys to clients and affiliate for all scheduled trainings.
  • Ensure organizational services are entered accurately in
  • Investigate client / affiliate escalations and determine next steps while preserving
  • Support various projects such as refreshing training presentation decks, handouts, and training
  • Experience with public speaking/preparing presentations encouraged.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • Excellent EAP applications skill set
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service commitment
  • Requisite experience with Microsoft Outlook & Office programs
  • Experience with reporting, compiling data and analytics
  • Professional phone etiquette, sensitivity, and
  • Must be able to work with clients emotional and personal information in a confidential manner
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Work independently and take
  • Team player- must be flexible in working with a remote team in a fast-paced environment
