We’re seeking an energetic and intuitive marketing generalist for our expanding Growth Marketing team. We’re not your traditional corporate marketing group! This team comprises individual contributors who interact extensively with cross-functional teams within Assurant to drive results for Assurant’s top-tier clients.
As a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing key clients and their customer (consumer) base. You’ll serve as the primary and strategic marketing point of contact for designated clients and be responsible for messaging, positioning, and materials to support both B2B and consumer audiences for your clients. Using data and insights, you’ll provide strategic recommendations to optimize and improve program performance and help retain and grow our client partnerships.

- You can create engaging content and messaging across B2B and consumer-facing touchpoints.

- You’re creative – not only as it pertains to marketing and design, but also when it comes to problem-solving
Job Responsibilities
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for Assurant products within your clients’ distribution and marketing channels
- Developing and maintaining buyer personas and journeys for client-specific audiences to inform marketing strategies, plans, messaging, and positioning.
- Leading client implementations for marketing, leveraging go-to-market tools and templates to adapt to your client's needs and goals
- Serving as SME for target accounts, leading the development of marketing, creative, and campaign briefs for your projects and campaigns.
- Creating consumer-facing campaigns, content, and materials to be used across channels and touchpoints. Ensuring consistency, clarity, effectiveness, and compliance of messaging.
- Driving digital marketing recommendations to improve customer acquisition and lifetime value
- Ensuring all relevant materials (B2B and consumer-facing) complete necessary compliance and/or legal reviews and approvals
- Leading Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, plans, and campaigns for designated accounts in partnership with the Marketing Strategy & Planning team and storytelling framework
- Serving as Marketing SME for key client meetings, business reviews, pitches, or RFPs (Request for Proposal)
- Collaborating with Marketing Strategy, sales, and business development teams to develop proactive win strategies and associates messaging for target clients and opportunities.
- Leading development of storytelling framework for assigned accounts, ensuring relevance, consistency, clarity, and accuracy.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns to evaluate success and optimize performance
- Proactively monitoring client program performance and developing reporting to drive marketing decisions and recommendations.
- Analyzing and reporting on marketing performance for your clients, providing best practices, insights, and recommendations for optimization
- Serving as SME for marketing research related to retail vertical, including leading client-specific research as needed including but not limited to naming, message testing, offer placement, and comprehension with target audience.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Management, Business Administration, or other related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics
- 5+ years of consumer marketing experience including product positioning, promotions, campaigns, and sales across multiple channels
- 5+ years’ experience working with clients/partners, exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction
- 5+ years’ experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
- Direct experience with developing, executing, and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns
Preferred Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics
- Experience working in the carrier and/or MSO (Multi System Operator) sectors
- 4+ years of product marketing experience including brand, product positioning, promotions, campaigns, communications, market research, sales, and distribution support
- Proven experience in customer, client, and market research
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Bi-lingual a plus

Pay Range:
$72,900.00 - $121,900.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
