Analyst, Pricing & Contracts

The Pricing and Contracts Analyst will be responsible for supporting pricing strategies, evaluating and analyzing contract terms, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing models and assist in the negotiation and execution of contracts.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Pricing Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to develop competitive and profitable pricing models. Support the development of pricing strategies for new contracts and deals. Maintain and update pricing databases and tools to ensure accurate and timely information. Assist in the development and management of price lists, pricing tiers, and discounting structures.

• Contract Support: Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms and conditions for accuracy, compliance, and risk management. Collaborate with legal, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and contract provisions. Provide pricing support for contract negotiations, including preparing cost breakdowns, justifications, and proposals. Track contract performance, ensuring that terms and pricing are adhered to throughout the contract lifecycle.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and analyses related to pricing, contract performance, and revenue impact. Maintain accurate records of pricing decisions and contract amendments for auditing and reference purposes. Identify opportunities to improve pricing models, contract processes, and overall efficiency.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all pricing and contract activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing analysis, contract management, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, pricing strategies, and cost analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools/software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, etc.).

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability 2to interpret complex data and trends.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• 5% Travel may be required.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of industry-specific pricing models or contract structures.

• Professional certifications related to pricing, contracts, or finance (e.g., CPCM, CPP, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

Standard office environment. The employee may be exposed to environmental hazards such as exposure to noise, and travel.
