3. JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and high-quality Flutter applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter framework.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix any issues or bugs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter development and propose innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
4. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.
  • Prior experience working in an Edtech company or familiarity with Edtech products and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and mobile app development concepts.
  • Proficient in integrating with RESTful APIs and handling data from backend services.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • A portfolio of previous Flutter projects or apps is a plus.
