Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Strategy Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our business strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving business growth and innovation. As the Commercial Strategy Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing;

Support the Strategy Build:

  • Collaborate with the business to develop and refine the commercial strategy ensuring alignment to the overall UK business strategy.

  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic decision-making.

Ensure Strategy Execution:

  • Monitor and assess the implementation of the plan, identifying risks and opportunities along the way.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to address any challenges and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Tech and Data Roadmap Management:

  • Oversee the development and execution of technology and data roadmaps to support business objectives.

  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities

Support with strategic initiatives:

  • Coordinate and provide support on strategic initiatives.
