Now Matching: WordPress Developer to build, maintain, and optimize high-performance websites for our clients, ensuring seamless functionality and excellent user experiences.

Location: Remote in LATAM, can align your schedule with PST.

🧑‍💻 What You'll Do:

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to clients' business needs.

• Build, maintain, and optimize responsive and high-performance WordPress websites.

• Ensure website security, scalability, and speed optimization using best practices.

• Work with designers and content teams to implement visually appealing UI/UX.

• Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks.

• Optimize WordPress websites for SEO, accessibility, and mobile performance.

• Provide technical support and guidance to non-technical teams as needed.

🧑‍🚀 About You:

• At least 4+ years of experience in WordPress development.

• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.

• Experience with custom theme and plugin development.

• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, REST API.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

• Availability to work in the Pacific timezone and provide timely updates.

• Headless CMS approaches

• Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, WPBakery)

• Frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind)

• Knowledge of SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals
