🧑‍💻 About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales and Marketplace Supply Leader and scale our supply network, sales strategy, and regional operations. This role is instrumental in driving Bounce’s growth, working closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives and infrastructure partnerships. You will lead a high-performing sales and operations team to drive global supply acquisition, optimise revenue impact, and shape the future of Bounce’s marketplace.

  • Drive significant revenue growth, achieving quarterly milestones while maintaining a strong year-over-year growth rate.

  • Build and scale a high-performance sales function to accelerate supply acquisition, onboarding, and revenue contribution.

  • Optimise and evolve sales strategies to increase efficiency, reduce acquisition costs, and improve supply retention rates.

  • Lead and optimise regional sales and operations teams, improving acquisition speed, lowering CAC, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Partner with the CEO on strategic growth opportunities.

  • Develop and implement a lifecycle account management strategy to maximise partner engagement, retention, and revenue contribution.

  • Lead the Strategic Partnerships function to accelerate growth through innovative collaborations and high-value deals.

  • Proven track record in scaling revenue through sales and supply strategies.

  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performance sales organisations.

  • Expertise in sales hiring, process optimisation, and quota management.

  • Strong strategic decision-making skills and resource allocation.

  • Ability to lead geographically distributed teams in multi-language environments.

  • Experience in high-stakes negotiations with external partners and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of international marketplaces, supply chain logistics, and dynamic pricing strategies.

  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams to build scalable, sales-driven tech solutions.
