Job description

About the role:

We are seeking a experienced Senior Partner Solutions Manager to understand, design and deliver payment solutions with our Merchant and Partners teams to drive commercial outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, analyse integration performance, and drive key business outcomes.

As a Senior Partner Solutions Manager, you will:
  • Focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and merchants to enhance solutions, and achieve commercial outcomes.
  • This role is able to have both commercial and technical discussions to help design the solutions with our partners and merchants.
  • This role will be responsible to project manage the solution until go live, working with teams across Ezypay, the Merchant/Partner to ensure a successful launch.
  • Responsible for collaborating with partnerships team to identify opportunities for integration, co-development, and joint go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Pre-sales role and able to work with Commercial and Technical teams to find solutions to business challenges.
  • Proven experience as a Partner Solutions Manager or in a similar role within the payments or Fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, subscription billing, and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple manner to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
