Hypergen is assisting Kuki Strategies in their search for a skilled RevOps Specialist who excels at optimizing CRM systems and automating processes. With expertise in HubSpot/SalesForce and tools like Zapier and Make, the ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining sales, marketing, and customer success operations. This critical position will drive efficiency and support revenue growth through innovative strategies and seamless integrations.

📅 What will your day-to-day look like:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and refine clients' workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success operations.

  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within CRM systems and other platforms; develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to align strategies, share insights, and implement best practices that drive revenue growth.

  • Technology Utilization: Leverage tools such as HubSpot, SalesForce, Clay, Zapier, and Make to automate processes, manage lead routing, and optimize CRM performance.

  • Marketing Support: Work with marketing teams to create nurturing campaigns that engage prospects and clients.

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of sales and marketing metrics.

  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to client teams on optimized processes and the effective use of CRM and other tools.
