Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., promotional campaigns, customer service alerts, appointment reminders).
Create compelling and concise SMS messages that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions (e.g., website visits, lead generation, customer engagement).
Manage SMS campaign budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with all relevant SMS marketing regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM) and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate records of all SMS campaigns and their performance.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align SMS campaigns with overall business objectives.
Stay abreast of emerging SMS marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in SMS marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven ability to write compelling and concise SMS messages.
Strong analytical and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Experience with SMS marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Twilio, Nexmo, etc.).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
