Job Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in event management, hospitality, or related industries. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.). 
  • Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills. Experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. 
  • SEO & SEM Knowledge: Experience with SEO best practices and implementing SEM campaigns.
  • Social Media Savvy: Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and growing engagement. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to measure and improve campaign performance. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to come up with new ideas to enhance brand presence and event promotion.

Core responsibilities:

  • Event Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote events, including email campaigns, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). 
  • Personal Branding: Support the thought leader's personal brand by creating, curating, and distributing engaging content that reflects their expertise in event management, including blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
  • Content Creation: Write and design compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, case studies, and promotional materials. 
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels for both the event management company and the personal brand, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. 
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic visibility and search rankings. Implement SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. 
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote events, increase engagement, and nurture relationships with clients and partners. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing reports to measure success and optimize strategies. 
  • Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, media, and sponsors to promote events and enhance the thought leaders personal brand.
  • Brand Development: Assist in developing and maintaining a strong, cohesive brand identity for both the company and personal brand through all digital channels.
