Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled UNIT4 ERP Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the UNIT4 ERP system to meet the needs of our clients in Europe and India. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical expertise in UNIT4 ERP modules, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of UNIT4 ERP modules, including Financial Management, HR & Payroll, Procurement, and Project Management.
  
• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend UNIT4 ERP solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  
• Customization: Develop and tailor workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet specific client requirements.
  
• Data Migration: Manage data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration between legacy systems and UNIT4 ERP.
  
• Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users, create documentation, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful adoption.
  
• System Upgrades: Manage system upgrades, patch installations, and ensure minimal downtime during transitions.
  
• Troubleshooting: Resolve system issues promptly and collaborate with technical teams for complex problem-solving.
  
• Compliance: Ensure ERP implementations comply with regional regulations, including GDPR and other relevant standards in Europe and India.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UNIT4 ERP implementation and support.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in UNIT4 ERP modules like Financials, HR, Payroll, and Procurement.
  
• Tools & Technologies:
  • Experience with SQL, APIs, and integration tools for UNIT4.
    
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or UNIT4 Business Analytics.
    
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP deployments is a plus.
    
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
    
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural, multi-geography teams.
    

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
  
• UNIT4 certification is desirable.
