Role Name: Administrative Assistant / Sales


Schedule:
  • Full Time
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (40 hours per week)

Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant and Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s growth strategy. This multifaceted role puts you at the heart of client interactions, where you’ll leverage your sales expertise to expand the student base while managing crucial administrative tasks. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Hubspot CRM, WordPress, and Teachworks, giving you the opportunity to hone your tech skills while making a real impact on the business. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead sales efforts by making and receiving calls to prospective and existing clients, employing persuasive techniques to grow the student base
  • Manage and optimize the Hubspot CRM system to streamline client relationships and sales processes
  • Play matchmaker by pairing students with the perfect tutors based on individual needs and schedules
  • Orchestrate seamless scheduling for both tutors and students, ensuring smooth operations
  • Take charge of administrative tasks, including email management and efficient task organization
  • Master WordPress and Teachworks platforms for content creation and management
  • Craft engaging blog posts using AI features to enhance the company’s online presence
  • Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning new systems and taking on diverse tasks as the business evolves


Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales or customer support with excellent persuasive skills (although this is not outbound or cold calling) It's soft selling
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Hubspot if possible
  • Fluent English speaker with a neutral accent for clear communication
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and systems
  • Positive, friendly demeanor with a coachable attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and reliably
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours and potentially work overtime when needed
  • Enthusiasm for education and helping students succeed
