Overview:

Hexagon’s Autonomy and Positioning division is looking for a talented Global Marketing Portfolio Specialist. Specific responsibilities include steering the strategy, planning and execution of product launches, product marketing, project management for major team initiatives, and collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns and content creation.  
 

You will join the Marketing Communications team at Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, a high-performance team focused on creating impactful marketing that inspires confidence in our company and technologies. This position may be a great fit if you can distil information from multiple sources into strategic product positioning and can manage competing priorities in a collaborative team.

This position is with Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, a global technology leader, pioneering end-to-end solutions industry leaders rely on for assured positioning and autonomy on land, sea and air. Within the Autonomy & Positioning division, your work will contribute to the operation of our brands NovAtel, AutonomouStuff, Veripos and Antcom. 

 

The Location: This position is based remotely in the United States or at one of our local offices (Morton, IL; Tucson, AZ; Torrance, CA). 

 

Responsibilities:

As a Portfolio Specialist, you would be responsible to: 
 

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and new products.  
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor messaging 
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing to align messaging, positioning, and campaigns.  
  • Steer the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and product sheets tailored to different audience segments.  
  • Lead the development of buyer personas and customer journey mapping to inform targeted marketing strategies.  
  • Together with product management, define and communicate product value propositions, ensuring alignment with the overall brand messaging.  
  • Identify opportunities to promote products across multiple markets within the portfolio to ensure consistent delivery of marketing objectives 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive demand generation through multi-channel advertising campaigns, including SEO, PPC, ABM, and email campaigns.  
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align portfolio strategies with organizational goals.  
Qualifications:

Must-Have:                        
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related. 
  • 4-7 years of hands-on marketing experience, including market research, product launches, project management and product marketing.  
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, being able to coordinate different moving pieces among various stakeholders 
  • Ability to travel internationally to trade shows and events 1-2x/year 

Nice-to-Have: 
 

  • Experience working in a B2B marketing environment or knowledge of and experience working with automotive, defence, mining, marine, robotics or GNSS/GPS technology  
  • Experience with content writing, lead generation strategies, inbound marketing, video projects, presentations, graphic design  
  • Fluency in other languages such as Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic or Polish  
  • Understanding of GDPR and global privacy regulations  
  • Experience with Salesforce/Pardot and Demandbase

Compensation & Benefits 

Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits.  This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.  The Company reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range or offer other compensation depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state or federal law.  Our benefits and bonus plans are reviewed annually and are subject to change at the company’s discretion.  

Hiring Salary Range: $76,500 - $122,400 per annum

 

Bonus Eligibility:  We offer a company profit share and individual incentive-based bonus programs.
