We’re looking for a Performance Marketing consultant to join us in making our enterprise customer base maximise the value of their Adobe Experience Cloud investments.

Responsibilities

  • Work in client-oriented teams collaborating on performance marketing initiatives including paid search optimisation and marketing mix modelling.

  • Engage knowledgably with customers regarding digital marketing reporting, analysis and optimisation.

  • Contribute to a variety of projects related to advertising and technology.

  • Confidently handle day-to-day interactions with clients

  • Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for performance marketing growth.

Competence

  • Fluency in the Nordic language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian). Must be able to communicate with stakeholders speaking Norwegian.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills. Enjoys working with numbers, datasets and analysis.

  • Ability to understand and express technical and non-technical concepts with confidence.

  • Convincing storytelling, presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders

  • A proactive, action-orientated attitude.

  • Work well both independently and as part of a distributed team.

  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, technology, computer science, analytics, or related fields is preferred.

  • Experience of working with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Search Ads 360 or equivalent) and/or web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or equivalent)

  • 2 years of Consultancy or agency experience, confidence interacting with clients.

  • Experience with paid search marketing is preferred.
