Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope:

Full-time role, 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm Eastern Time (10pm - 7 am Manila Time) with 1-hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho CRM Customization: Customize and configure Zoho CRM to meet business needs, including developing modules, workflows, validation rules, and custom fields.
Integration Management: Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications, APIs, and other internal systems to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
Automation Development: Create and maintain automated workflows, custom functions, and scheduled tasks within Zoho CRM to improve operational efficiency.
Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and optimize custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability and reliability of the Zoho environment.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other departments to understand business processes and create solutions tailored to those needs.
User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure the effective use of Zoho applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Zoho environment.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in Zoho Systems Development, including hands-on work with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Zoho's platform architecture, including custom functions, workflows, and integration tools (e.g., Zoho Flow, API integrations).
Programming Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Deluge (Zoho's proprietary language) and knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) for customization.
System Integration: Experience with integrating Zoho applications with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, marketing platforms, ERP systems) using APIs.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose system issues and provide effective solutions.
Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data management best practices.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Zoho Developer Certification or other relevant certifications.
Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, or other Zoho applications.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
