Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)

Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (CST) includes 1h unpaid break.



Job Description:
seek a motivated and experienced Property Management Relationship  Virtual  Assistant.  you will be pivotal in maintaining relationships with our existing property owners, enhancing customer satisfaction, and expanding our portfolio by acquiring new properties and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owner Relationship Management:
    Build and sustain strong relationships with existing property owners to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Retention Strategies:
    Develop and implement strategies to retain current ownership, addressing their concerns and feedback proactively.

  • Contract Drafting:
    Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with property owners, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards.

  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Provide top-notch customer service to property owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • New Property Acquisition:
    Actively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new properties and onboard new owners through networking, marketing, and outreach efforts.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in property management software Buildium and Microsoft Office Suite.
