This position will align and execute the Business Line strategy and report progress and key metrics regularly to executive and senior leaders. The role will generate key insights from market and industry trends to drive strategic initiatives and continuous review of our operating model. This role will prepare and identify meaningful reporting and analysis on comprehensive KPIs regarding customer acquisition, retention, channel migration, adoption, profitability, etc. and will creates executive level summaries for monthly and quarterly review with our C-suite. The role will work collaboratively with Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis on corporate initiatives and regarding utilization of financial reporting and analysis in the creation on business cases for strategic initiatives. This position serves as primary liaison to external consultants and benchmarking firms on selected engagements.

As a Director, Business Line Strategy & Analytics, you will:
- Develop and execute growth-oriented business strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, products, and revenue streams.
- Lead organizational change initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Drive programs and initiatives focused on increasing profitability and market share.
- Conduct competitive and market analyses to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to implement growth strategies.
- Assess current processes; identify opportunities with focus on creating new, innovative processes or efficiency improvement.
- Assess current processes and structures to recommend improvements and innovation.
- Translate complex strategies and data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business or Finance. Required
Experience
- 7-10 years Business and Strategy development within a financial services organization. Required
Licenses and Certifications
