As a member of the Idaho leadership team, our Market Planning and Effectiveness Director develops and implements strategic plans, collaborate with division leaders, and leads projects to drive growth and profitability, while analyzing industry trends and overseeing budgeting and performance metrics – all in service of creating a person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a project management, operations, or strategic advisory role, ideally with exposure to C-suite dynamics.
Exceptional communication skills. High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Support the President in the development and execution of the company's strategic plan, setting key priorities, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment across departments.
Form 5 year strategic plans and corresponding annual business plans.
Identify, prioritize, and monitor high-impact initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Assist in the preparation and facilitation of executive team meetings, strategic off-sites, and quarterly business reviews.
Project Management:
Oversee and manage critical projects and initiatives on behalf of the President, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Develop and maintain timelines, track progress, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively, implementing process improvements as needed.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a central point of contact for the President, acting as an information hub for key stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company’s mission and values.
Facilitate communication between the President and department heads, ensuring a consistent flow of information and maintaining strong working relationships.
Decision Support:
Conduct research, gather data, and provide analytical support
Summarize key findings and insights, offering recommendations when appropriate, and ensuring decisions are communicated effectively throughout the organization.
Operational Efficiency:
Improve operational workflows and processes within the President’s office, streamlining communication and enhancing efficiency.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, suggesting improvements that increase organizational effectiveness.
Skills and Attributes:
Proven leader with expertise in analyzing, developing, and implementing business processes to drive sustainable improvement.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to resolve complex issues, build consensus, and manage strategic relationships.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of planning and execution, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, conduct market research, and perform financial analysis.
Experience initiating and managing business transformation projects, leading change, and maximizing efficiency opportunities.
Effective problem-solver with ability to think creatively and clarify complex issues, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong partner and influencer with ability to develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Manages and provides oversight and leadership in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, driving annual strategic plans and objectives, and identifying and solving for planning process risk factors.
Collaborates with cross-functional executives to drive thought leadership, develop and implement long-term operating plans, and leverage employee satisfaction survey responses to drive performance.
Develops and manages business development processes, including sponsorships, events, distribution, channel engagement, and monthly account and prospect planning reviews.
Creates and manages monthly operating plans to ensure readiness to launch new products and services and develops and communicates organizational objectives and team goals.
Tracks objectives to ensure timely achievement of results within budget and scope and informs senior leadership about portfolio planning and ongoing status of strategic business initiatives.
Facilitates prioritization, capacity, and resource allocation decisions with the leadership team, and leads budget planning, forecasting, and preparation of strategic documents.
Identifies and resolves critical risks and issues, escalates issues to leadership or key stakeholders, and provides management to direct and virtual team members.
Acting as a key advisor and right-hand person to the Market President.
The expected hiring range for a Market Planning and Effectiveness Director is $119,900 - $162,200 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 20%. The current full salary range for this role is $112,000 - $184,000.
