~10-20% travel - occasional travel depending on the needs of project. Travel is typically to St. Louis or Tampa but could be other locations including to our health plans. It would require overnight stays.
Position Purpose: With the (PHCO) Population Health and Clinical Operations PMO team, you will support the Duals Integration program which is one of the top priorities in the organization. This is a 3-year implementation through 2028.
- Manage multiple projects end to end including creation and management of project documentation including project plans, RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) logs, and charters.
- Standup and lead workstream meetings
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues
- Communicate status of projects and escalate any risks or issues
- Negotiate and influence stakeholders to meet the needs of the projects
REQUIRED Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience. Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools. Project management planning tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Planview) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
License/Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.
