The Crown Is Yours

We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our iGaming team, focused on supporting the iGaming App Experience Manager in delivering extraordinary online casino experiences. This role will optimize our iGaming platform through project coordination, competitor analysis, reporting, and operational execution. 

What you’ll do as a Senior iGaming Operations and Marketing Associate 
  • Support the design and execution of content merchandising strategies aimed at increasing user engagement.

  • Conduct competitor analysis on industry trends, and assess lobby layouts and feature rollouts.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the iGaming platform, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary to maintain a smooth experience.

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and milestones for cross-functional projects spanning Product, Marketing, and Analytics, ensuring action items are followed through to completion. 

  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance lobby functionality and drive improvements in customer satisfaction.

  • Help monitor performance dashboards, track outcomes, and gather customer feedback to inform UI/UX enhancements and product initiatives.

  • Provide regular updates on project progress, competitor insights, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.

 

What you’ll bring   
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, analytical reporting, or operations within the gaming, entertainment, or technology industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with online gaming trends, analytics, and player behavior preferred. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on aligning stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in the Jira or other project management softwares, Google Analytics, and a foundational understanding of UI/UX principles.

  • Experience with Figma, Photoshop, and video design programs are a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 69,600.00 USD - 87,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
