Under the Business Enablement (BE) framework, responsible for leading operational support functions for ISB AMS tier one accounts and/or business segments.  Key activities may include coordinating and executing BE standard processes to support account business operations, such as financial management, sales pipeline data accuracy, contract traceability, and executive data analytics.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Support multiple tier 1 accounts and/or business segments to drive operational consistency and compliance to BE process standards
  • Partner with matrixed teams, such as finance, delivery, and sales to coordinate, drive, and execute BE processes
  • Compile and analyze account operational data to identify and resolve data issues, summarize for account and executive leadership reviews, and propose/execute action plans as necessary
  • Lead ad-hoc BE projects in support of regional business needs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to provide operational guidance in compliance with ISB and DXC requirements
  • Coach and mentor peers who are less experienced
  • Identify and propose process improvements to gain operational efficiency

   

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a focus in finance or business operations preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in client account operations with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
  • Experience in supporting back-office financial and operational processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate across highly matrixed teams and build relationships with various levels of leadership
  • Ability successfully manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Above average business acumen
  • Ability to learn quickly and drive execution

Other Qualifications

  • Experience with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI a plus
  • Insurance industry knowledge a plus
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Work Environment
  • Remote role based in the USA.
  • Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
  • No travel required.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
