JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Resp: Prepares, records, verifies, analyzes and reports accounts payable/receivable transactions | Pays vendor invoices and receives and posts customer payments on a timely basis | Maintains and reconciles accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports | Prepares analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud | Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed | May prepare and deliver low-volume customer billing and respond to resulting queries. KSAs: Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area. Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisionsWorks with established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. High school diploma and 1-3 year s of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience(or equivalent)

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
