We’re looking for a Brand Lead for Global Jordan Streetwear to join our Beaverton-based team. You’ll help create the future of kids streetwear, serving consumers across the Globe. The candidate should have a nuanced expertise of youth culture and streetwear and its intersection with sport.
As part of our Global Streetwear Brand team, the Kids Streetwear Brand Lead will be responsible for managing our brand plans and driving functional excellence within the Global Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Streetwear, this role will deliver brand plans that grow the business while creating deeper, lasting relationships with our consumer.
The candidate should have comprehensive grasp of the kids consumer landscape along with the ability to lead multiple projects and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization. An understanding of all functions of marketing is a requirement.
They should be comfortable with ambiguity and be ready to dig in, work collaboratively and bring a positive attitude always. They should be solution oriented, a team first collaborator, energy giver, strategic vision and digital thinking, passionate about streetwear, empathetic and curious to learn
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will partner with our Global Brand Director and marketing leaders to lead our brand plans and key consumer concepts including marketing briefs, strategic tools and marketing initiatives that fuel our seasonal initiatives and long-term consumer concepts.
You will work across global and geo and our licensee partners to drive a robust concept map and continually build new consumer experiences that accelerate brand and business growth opportunities internally and externally.
