WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Privacy Program Coordinator will play a key role within the Privacy Program team to ensure operational excellence where processes are maintained, published, and utilized within the organization while maintaining accuracy, completeness and reliability. The Program Coordinator will collaborate with Privacy partners to maintain Program process integrity, create and publish reports, and directly support the Privacy Program Director in their day to day responsibilities.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Managing and maintaining best practices within Privacy program management, performing research on anomalies, communicating with team members, promoting standard methodologies in program process/oversight and various reporting. Specifically, in the following areas:
Global Privacy Inbox Management: manage, triage and respond to Privacy Inbox inquiries; overseeing the complete process, partnering with geo program coordinators and maintaining efficiencies
Program Operations: support a variety of operational activities and tasks across the Program team from creating decks, to managing multiple inboxes, supporting the Program Director in financial tracking and status reporting
Process management: promote operational best practices, educate key partners on requirements and processes, create process documentation and contribute to process improvements
Effective communication: presentation preparation & execution, email comms, partner engagement

Privacy Program needs effective operational processes and support to free our teams to focus on delivery and execution to commitments — this means, in part, timely access to accurate, core business information and effectively managed operational processes, frameworks, and governance. The Privacy Program team is leading the charge on this effort—we define, run, and evolve core operational processes across the organization and support the interface and collaboration with our key business and partners, including Office of General Counsel and Global Tech.
What you bring to Nike
Bachelors' degree, preferring coursework in Business Administration and Operations Management, or 1 year of demonstrated work experience within the areas of business operations or human resources management.
Experience working with AirTable and Excel
Experience with projects in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline team environment
High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor, ability to communicate effectively at any level.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
