Demand generation plays a critical role in this mission—connecting organizations with the technology and data they need through strategic, high-impact marketing initiatives. We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Demand Generation Lead to take ownership of our marketing programs, optimize lead generation efforts, and drive measurable business growth.
In this role, you’ll lead multi-channel demand generation strategies, leveraging content marketing, paid advertising, social media, webinars, and events to attract and engage high-quality leads. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with company-wide objectives, refine lead management processes, and continuously optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in marketing automation, CRM tools, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and excels at developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Demand Generation Campaigns: Strategize, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns – including content, paid advertising, social media, webinars, and events – to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
Analyze and Optimize Performance: Track and report on key marketing metrics, extracting actionable insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and scale successful initiatives.
Conduct Market & Competitive Research: Gather and analyze industry insights to refine messaging, positioning, and demand generation strategies, ensuring relevance and competitive advantage.
Enhance Lead Management Processes: Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and automation strategies to improve targeting, personalization, and overall marketing-to-sales efficiency.
Execute High-Impact Events: Plan and manage webinars, trade shows, and industry events that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and deepen customer relationships.
Stay at the Forefront of Industry Trends: Continuously monitor emerging technologies, trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies remain innovative, effective and ahead of the competition.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in demand generation and marketing operations, with a proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
Expertise in data-driven marketing, with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) integrations, leveraging these tools to improve lead management, segmentation, scoring, and nurturing.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, extract actionable insights, and refine demand generation strategies.
Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.), optimizing spend and targeting for maximum impact.
Experience planning and executing events, webinars, and industry engagements, ensuring they drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis, using insights to refine messaging, positioning, and demand generation strategies.
A passion for staying ahead of industry trends, with a proactive approach to learning and integrating emerging marketing technologies, channels, and best practices.
Bonus Points:
Experience in geospatial technology, drones, or related industries, providing insights into our market and customer needs.
Background in B2B SaaS, Web3, or DePIN industries, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these spaces.
Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and sales enablement strategies, with experience aligning marketing efforts to target high-value accounts and improve sales collaboration.

Compensation:
Annual Salary range CAD $80,000 to $120,000. This range is designed to accommodate variations based on the candidate's location, considering factors such as whether they are based in a rural or urban area, the cost of living in their province or region, and whether they are located within Canada or the United States.
