As an Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in structuring and analyzing data that drives our business decisions. Your focus will be on:
Data Structure – Organizing, managing, and optimizing datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across our analytics platform.
Independent Analysis – Conducting deep dives into insurance data, identifying trends, and providing insights that shape strategy and decision-making.
Enhance Carrier Relationships – Leverage data and analysis to help support high quality governance with QuoteWell’s insurance company partners
Inform Product Development – Collaborate with the insurance team to uncover product and program development opportunities. Support business case development and market opportunity assessments
We need someone who:
✅ Knows Commercial Insurance – You have strong familiarity with underwriting, policies, risk factors, or other key industry aspects.
✅ Loves Data – You’re skilled at working with datasets, identifying patterns, and transforming raw data into actionable insights.
✅ Is Tech-Savvy – You have solid experience with Excel (advanced functions, modeling, pivot tables, etc.) and a working knowledge of SQL. Python experience? Even better!
✅ Is a Self-Starter – You take initiative, work independently, and thrive in an environment where you have the freedom to experiment and innovate.
