Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Program Manager to lead our Executive Risk Management, Event Security, and Business Intelligence programs. This critical role requires an executive-facing professional who excels in risk management, intelligence analysis, and security operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a decisive leader who can manage teams, vendors, and high-stakes security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Risk Management
  • Further, develop, improve and oversee security strategies to protect executives from physical and reputational risks.

  • Conduct risk assessments, threat evaluations, and mitigation strategies for executives and key personnel.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure executive safety during travel, events, and daily operations.

Event Security
  • Design and implement security protocols for corporate events, high-profile meetings, and executive engagements.

  • Collaborate with security and intelligence vendors, as well as internal and external events teams, to ensure seamless security operations.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to continuously improve security measures.

Business Intelligence
  • Monitor, analyze, and filter intelligence related to physical threats, geopolitical risks, and emerging security concerns.

  • Develop proactive intelligence strategies to mitigate potential threats before they materialize.

  • Provide actionable insights to executives and key decision-makers based on security trends and intelligence reports.

  • Manage Due diligence and 3rd party risk requirements on behalf of the business. 

Program & Vendor Management
  • Oversee security vendors, ensuring alignment with company policies, budgets, and performance expectations.

  • Ability to lead and manage security teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Build, refine, and scale security programs to adapt to evolving risks and business needs.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in military, law enforcement, or corporate security.

  • Proven expertise in risk management, threat/geopolitical intelligence, and physical security operations.

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with experience engaging executive leadership face-to-face.

  • Strong knowledge of security technologies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong decision-making ability under pressure with a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and cross-functional security teams.

  • Ability to build and improve security programs while fostering strong partnerships.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience and ability to lead security initiatives.

  • Experience working in elevated-risk environments or corporate security at a global scale.

  • Familiarity with intelligence tools and security technology
