This role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap to align with both business objectives and customer needs.

As a key leader in the product team, you will oversee the investigation, analysis, and documentation of features and functionality within your product portfolio for Avetta’s flagship SaaS platform, Connect. You will craft and articulate the vision, strategy, and business value of your product portfolio, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, including internal teams, executive leadership, and customers.

This position demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, an ability to translate complex user needs into actionable product features, and a passion for driving innovation. The Senior Product Manager may mentor or lead junior product managers while regularly engaging with executives and external stakeholders to ensure business and customer success.

This role is ideal for those skilled in critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, data analysis, making strategic trade-offs, and storytelling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics to measure impact and continuously iterate for improvement.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to drive innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, collaborating with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Work closely with UX designers to research, prototype, and test solutions to optimize user experience.
  • Align stakeholders around product decisions and effectively communicate business value.

Execution & Delivery

  • Prioritize product backlog, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of product features by working closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and proactively address roadblocks to maintain product momentum.

Metrics-Driven Decision Making

  • Utilize a data-driven approach to validate product decisions and measure feature effectiveness.
  • Analyze key metrics and user behaviors, leveraging insights to refine the roadmap and optimize performance.
  • Create and present reports to executives, providing visibility into product impact.

Thought Leadership & Mentorship

  • Serve as a thought leader within the company, presenting product strategies and innovations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior product managers, fostering a high-performance product team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 7-10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, set clear priorities, and drive execution.
  • Strong background in customer discovery and problem validation, with a passion for solving user pain points.
  • Ability to navigate complex technical discussions, including UX design, engineering feasibility, and business trade-offs.
  • Proven track record in data-driven decision making, including defining and tracking product KPIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executives and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar product management tools.
