Go Maverick Group has a B2B marketing agency client with an immediate need for an experienced Paid Search & Organic Marketing Specialist to drive results across PPC, SEO, and digital marketing strategies. This fully remote position is ideal for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in paid search (PPC) and organic search (SEO). You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of national B2B clients. This includes managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, optimizing SEO performance, and collaborating with account managers to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Paid Search & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage and analyze PPC budgets to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Provide ongoing performance reporting and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.

SEO & Organic Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and technical SEO elements for better search performance.
  • Monitor and analyze site traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and website updates.

Digital Campaign Management & Strategy

  • Work closely with account managers to implement integrated paid and organic strategies for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Assist in reporting on marketing efforts, measuring against KPIs and business goals.
  • Keep up with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new digital marketing tools.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn. Must be able to work with a cross-functional team to deliver measurably better results for their clients. Additionally, they are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and SEO campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns (LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • HubSpot, Pardot, or marketing automation experience is a plus.
  • Must be Google Ads certified.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
